Do not overload your truck crane!
Pay attention to any unusual noises during crane operation.
Accelerate or brake every crane movement slowly. Accelerating or braking too
quickly will cause the load to swing. The main boom could buckle or the truck
crane could overturn.
Reduce the speed before activating high-speed mode to avoid abruptly
accelerated movements.
Depending on the version, power unit speeds are automatically reduced if the
current condition requires it. The automatic reduction of the slewing speed can be
partially switched off. When the reduction is switched off, you as the crane oper-
ator are responsible for a slewing speed that is suitable for the current loading
case!
If the maximum permissible speeds given in the supplied
lifting capacity
table
are exceeded, parts of the truck crane could be overloaded and the
truck crane could overturn.
With long boom lengths, even if there is no load on the hook, the truck crane could
overturn by accelerating or braking the slewing movement too quickly.
Continuously monitor the horizontal alignment of
your truck crane. Your truck crane must always
be level during crane operation.
Risk of over-
turning!
Never try to incline your truck crane to achieve a
larger working radius.
Avoid having crane movements switched off by
the safety devices (e.g. rated capacity limiter,
lifting limit switch or lowering limit switch). Slow
down the corresponding movement in time.
Never lift the load by raising the boom.
Diagonal pulling with the hoist rope is prohibited. When you lift a load, the hoist
rope must always hang vertically over the load during the entire process from
lifting the load to setting it down.
