Warning tags may have been attached on or in
the truck crane!
Never start the engine if you find a warning tag at
any point. Wait until it is removed by the person
who attached it or by another person who knows
more about the reasons.
Checks on the outside of the truck crane
Check that all covers and safety devices are fitted properly and that they are in
good condition.
Remove any ice and snow from the truck crane;
Working with the crane in extreme temperatures
Walk around and inspect the truck crane!
Check for leaking fluids (e.g. oil, fuel or water).
Have leaks repaired professionally and dispose of
escaped fluids in compliance with the national
and regional regulations.
Check that all locks, e.g. filler necks or outlet
sleeves, are available on all systems and
secured.
