Slinging the load must always be done in such a
way that it is properly balanced, cannot overturn
and cannot fall down.
Attach parts only to the designated slinging
points. If no slinging points are provided, then ob-
serve the centre of gravity specifications. In this
way you prevent the attached parts from slipping
off, falling and causing injury during installation or
removal.
Do not damage the load or its packaging when
slinging. This applies in particular if substances
harmful to the environment or health could be
released.
When slinging the load, make sure that the lifting tackle or the load does not get
caught underneath and thus get stuck.
Never lift several loads simultaneously, even if the lifting capacity of your truck
crane would be sufficient to lift the load combination. Dangerous situations would
be the consequence.
Check if the load is stuck on the ground or on the base plate support. Never try
to tear off a stuck load.
Risk of overturning!
Do not lift the load until the slinger gives you the signal to do so.
Do not drag a load across the ground diagonally, even if it is on rollers. The loads
that occur could damage the main boom and overload your truck crane. Diagonal
pulling is prohibited!

Basic information on rigging
Cordon off the danger area!
Make sure that there are no unauthorised persons in the vicinity of or on the truck
crane during rigging work or crane operation. Cordon off the danger area clearly
and mark the area as such.
