Driving with a lifted load
The safety instructions in this section only apply if your truck crane is permitted to
drive with a lifted load.
When driving with a lifted load, the same safety instructions generally apply as to
driving with a rigged truck crane. Also observe the safety instructions in this
section.
Only drive with a lifted load if this is explicitly permitted in the lifting
capacity table!
Observe the information in the supplied lifting capacity table and in the supplied
operating manual
. Here you can find the conditions (e.g. position of the super-
structure, telescope status, rated capacity limiter setting) that you must comply
with if you want to drive with a lifted load.
Driving with a lifted is load is particularly dangerous!
Only drive with a lifted load if it is absolutely necessary to do so. Use guide ropes
to prevent the load from swinging. Keep the load as low as possible above the
ground and as close as possible behind the truck crane while driving.
