Unless otherwise specified, discard stands, shipping material, and hardware. The removable stands are
painted yellow.

Remove two bolts (A) securing right fork slider channel
to brace (C).
NOTE:
To access bolts at lower fork slider brace, header must
be supported on 150 mm (6 in.) blocks. Refer to Step
.
2.
Remove two bolts (B) securing right fork slider channel
to lower brace (D).
3.
Repeat steps above for left side.
