Press AUTO MODE (A) button until AHHC LED light (B) begins flashing. If RTC light is flashing, press AUTO
MODE (A) button again until it switches to AHHC.

Briefly press button (A) on control handle. The AHHC
light should change from flashing to solid. The header
also should drop toward ground. The AHHC is now
engaged and can be adjusted for height and sensitivity.

Use controls to adjust height and sensitivity to changing
ground conditions such as shallow gullies and field
drainage trenches.
Calibrating Auto Header Height Control (Gleaner R65/R66/R75/R76 and S Series)
Calibration should be done on flat, level ground without the header clutches engaged. Header height and header tilt
must
NOT
be in auto or standby modes. The engine rpm must be above 2000 rpm. The header tilt option on 2004
and earlier model combines does
NOT
work with MacDon headers. This system will have to be removed and
disabled in order to calibrate auto header height control (AHHC). Refer to combine manual for instructions.
