The combine is not moving.
•
No faults have been received from the Header Height Controller (HHC) module.
•
The header is disengaged.
•
The lateral float buttons are
NOT
pressed.
•
The ESC key is
NOT
pressed.
To calibrate the AHHC, follow these steps:
1.
Select CALIBRATION on the combine display and press the right arrow navigation key to enter the information box.

Select HEADER (A) and press ENTER. The CALIBRATION
dialog box appears.
NOTE:
The up and down navigation keys can be used to move
between the options.

3.
Follow the calibration steps in the order in which they
appear in the dialog box. The display will be updated
automatically to show the next step.
NOTE:
Pressing the ESC key during any of the steps or letting the
system sit idle for more than 3 minutes will stop the
calibration process.
NOTE:
Refer to the combine operator

s manual for an explanation
of any error codes encountered.
4.
The message CALIBRATION SUCCESSFUL will appear on the page. Exit the CALIBRATION menu by pressing either the
ENTER or the ESC key.
5.
If the float was adjusted to a heavier setting to complete the calibration procedure, adjust it back to the recommended
operating setting.
6.
If the AHHC system still does not function properly, proceed to the maximum stubble height calibration:
