1) Receive ‘OK’ message in RCV_UDATA. 

If the AT instruction send a modem normally, the modem send ‘OK’ message. 

2) Receive ‘$006’ message in RCV_UDATA again. 

If the modem send SMS message normally, the modem send ‘$006’ message. 
When you cannot receive it, you should check a communication network connection state of
