Risk of mix-ups
When reinstalling the plug-in nozzles, take care to
ensure they are not mixed up! For plug-in nozzle
selection, see Chapter 4.7 .
Dismantling of plug-in nozzle D

•
Remove plug-in nozzle D
1
(
2
) (with packing ring) from the
control piston.
Dismantling/installation of plug-in nozzle D

•
Loosen and remove the retaining ring (
3
) from the control
piston (
5
).
•
Remove plug-in nozzle D
2
(
4
) (with packing ring) from the
control piston.
NOTE
A roughly ø 6 mm rod (never use a pointed object like, for
instance, a scriber) can be used to help press it out.
•
Press new plug-in nozzle D
2
(
4
) firmly into the control piston
(
5
) all the way to the stop with the packing ring and the nozzle
outlet pointing upward (nozzle type legible).
•
Insert the retaining spring (
3
) into the control piston (
5
).
Installation of plug-in nozzle D
1
•
Press new plug-in nozzle D
1
(
2
) firmly into the control piston
(
5
) all the way to the stop with the packing ring and the nozzle
outlet pointing upward (nozzle type legible).
•
Insert pressure spring (
6
) into the borehole.
•
Insert control piston with new plug-in nozzle(s) in the
borehole over the pressure spring without skewing.
•
Check to make sure the control piston (
5
) moves easily by
pressing it against the pressure spring (
6
). Skewing leads to
malfunctions.
•
Place stop screw (
1
) with new packing ring on the thread of
the flow limiter housing (
7
) and tighten with hexagon socket
screw key – torque 15 ± 1 Nm.
•
Open the oil feed to the flow limiter (
7
).
