1. Workstation modem
not turned on.
2. Bad connection
between modem
and wall jack.
3.Meter modem
phone line being
used by fax
machine.
4. Bad connection
between modem
and wall jack.
5.Faulty phone line.
6.Workstation
modem error.
1. Turn on workstation
modem.
2. Check modem connection
at wall jack.
3. If fax is being used by
same phone line as
sending modem, wait for
fax machine and retry
connection.
4. Check modem connection
at wall jack.
5. Have phone line inspected.
6. Contact LifeScan.
