is enable. Enabling means run Smart-Test
during the cold boot.
Enforce POR POR /Disable Enable: enforce Plan Of Record restrictions
for DDR4 frequency and voltage
programming.
Disable: disable this feature and user is able
to run at higher frequencies, specified in the
DDR Frequency Limit field (limited by
processor support).
Auto: set it to the MRC default setting (current
