Configuration

Configuring the LNL-1320-S2RP consists of setting the device address and the power selection jumper.

35.1

Setting the Device Address and Baud Rate

Use the on-board DIP switches to set the device address and communication baud rate on the
LNL-1320-S2RP.
•

Switches 1 to 5 select the device address.

•

Switches 6 and 7 select the communication baud rate.

Note:

Currently, OnGuard only supports a baud rate of 38,4000 bps. Be sure to set both DIP Switches
6 and 7 to the ON position.

•

Switch 8 enables encrypted communication.

All other configuration settings are set in the host software.
