Communication Wiring

Terminal Block 2 (TB2) is a two-wire RS-485 interface that communicates to upstream and downstream
controller enclosures.

TB2 on the LNL-3300-M5 (located in the first M5 enclosure) is wired to TB2 on the LNL-8000-MCOM in
each downstream enclosure.

This interface allows multi-drop communication on a single bus up to 4,000 ft. (1,200 m).

Use shielded twisted pair (24 AWG minimum) cable with 120 ohm impedance.
