8.7.2 Add a Feed Type
Use T4C for this procedure.
1. In the navigation bar, select 'Data Entry' and 'Libraries'.
2. Select tab 'Feedstuff'.
3. Select button [Add].
4. Complete the form.
5. Select button [Save].
Create feed types for all feed types presented in the COSMIX S, even when
they are the same as on the Astronaut A3 milking robot. This way, automatic
feed tables can control the distribution between the milking robot and the
COSMIX S.
For clarity, use clear and recognizable (abbreviated) names that have both the
device and feed name/ingredients. For example: "RB1 Energy Concentrate" for
energy concentrate also supplied in robot 1.
8.7.3 Set the Feed Speed
Use T4C for this procedure.
1. In the navigation bar, select 'Data Entry' and 'Settings'.
2. Select tab 'Feedings'.
3. Select tab 'Feed type'.
4. Select the applicable feed type.
5. Select the field 'Feed speed'.
6. Select the applicable 'Field Label'.
7. Enter the 'Feed speed'.
8. Select button [Save].
