8.4.9 Set the Feed Present Sensor ON
WARNING
Block the cow traffic to the COSMIX S before you do this procedure.
Use the E-Link manual controller for this procedure.
1. In the main menu, select 'Settings' and push button [ ].
2. Select 'Feedsensor Present' and push button [ ].
3. Use the buttons [ ] or [ ] to change the value.
4. Push button [OK] to confirm.
After a few seconds you return to the menu 'Settings'.
8.4.10 Calibrate the Empty Feed Bin Value
WARNING
Block the cow traffic to the COSMIX S before you do this procedure.
Use the E-Link manual controller for this procedure.
1. Make sure the feed bin is empty and clean.
2. In the main menu, select 'Setup' and push button [ ].
3. Select 'Empty Feedbin Value' and push button [ ].
4. Push soft button [Tare].
When the calibration procedure is done, the menu 'Setup' is
displayed.
8.5 Test the Operation of the COSMIX S
8.5.1 Test the Time Setting

1. In the main menu, select 'Testing' and push button [ ].
2. Select 'Time' and push button [ ].
3. Make sure the values are correct.
1. If the settings are correct, push button [ ].
2. Else, set the time (page 8-3).
