5.5 Setup the COSMIX S
5.5.1 Setup the COSMIX S
1. Make sure the E-Link is connected (18, fig. 31, page 5-20) and the
main switch (17) is switched On.
2. Set the IP-address.
The IP-address for the first COSMIX S is 10:4:1:11 for the second
10:4:1:12 and so on.
3. Set the device address Cosmix (page 8-2).
The device address for the first COSMIX S is 11, for the second 12
and so on.
4. Set the device address T4C (page 8-2).
The device address for the T4C server is 1.
5. Make sure the feed blocker is set to 'open'.
6. Make sure the weight unit is set to 'off'.
7. Add the COSMIX S device to the T4C software.
8. Add the feed types to each feed hopper (page 8-11).
9. Calibrate the valves (page 8-4).
10. Set the portion size (page 8-5).
11. Set the feed speed (page 8-11).
12. Clear all tables (page 8-5).
13. If the COSMIX S has a feed presence sensor:
1. Set the feed present sensor ON (page 8-6).
2. Calibrate the empty feed bin value (page 8-6).
14. Test the correct operation of the COSMIX S (page 8-6).
15. Disconnect the E-Link Manual Controller.
