Ps2 Mode :
The Ps2 mode can be selected only in the 3-output format. The Ps2
output has three modes of operation. The three mode are Measure (M), Leak (L) and Control
(C). The power-up mode defaults to Measure (M). Move to the 3-output format using the
PREV SCREEN key. To change the mode press the Ps2 key in the “Mode” section of the
keypad. The three modes will be displayed on line 4 of the display, with the cursor at
Measure (MEAS), indicated by “MEAS” blinking. The UP ARROW key can be used for
moving the cursor right and the DOWN ARROW key can be used to move the cursor left.
The cursor wraps around the selections, that is, moving the cursor left past “MEAS” wraps it
around to “CTRL”. The sample screen below shows the three mode choices displayed on line
4 of the display, with the cursor at “MEAS”.

Important Note:
When either the Pt, Ps1 or Ps2 Mode is changed to Control (C), ALL
three outputs (Pt, Ps1 and Ps2) are automatically changed to Control. During normal
operation, all three outputs must be connected to the aircraft and all three outputs must be
set to achieve specific target values. If the aircraft requires only the Pt and Ps1 outputs then
the Ps2 output must be capped-off (closed) on the 6600.
Important Note:
If the Ps2 output is not being used then it must be left in Control Mode
while either Ps1 or Pt are in Control Mode. The Ps2 units must be “Dfin” and the Ps2 target
value must be 0.000 Dfin.
Note:
When the 6600 is powered-ON, the Ps2 mode will always be in MEASURE.
