Yes, the
Urocap™ IV
can still be used during charge time.
The battery power LED on the Urocap™ IV is starting to blink orange (indicating low power). Should I
continue using it or should I charge it right away?
As soon as you see the blinking orange LED, plug in the device’s charger to avoid losing system connections.
A message appears saying the Urocap™ IV is in “sleep mode”. What do I need to do?
Click the
Run
button on the software control panel and wait for the connection to resume before use.
A message appears saying there is a device connection failure. What do I need to do?
Open the
Urocap™ IV
Device Manager
window, click the
Urocap™ IV
button icon and wait for the connection
to be re-established. If a connection is not established, follow the instructions starting on page 10 to manually
connect the
Urocap™ IV
to the software.

Bluetooth devices unpaired/paired
or plugged/unplugged while running
software
Reconnect the devices
Uroflowmeter
disconnects while test

Tap STOP

Plug in the disconnected device’s battery
charger and plug charger into an
electrical outlet. Ensure connection is
secure.

Open the Urocap™ IV Device Manager.
4.
Click the device icon with the
disconnected status, and wait for the
Device Manager to connect to the device
again. The status will change to
Connected and it will also display it is in
charging mode.
5.
Close the Device Manager window and
click the Run button on the control panel
to continue from the point where the test
stopped.
Computer or printer
does not power on
No power or power cord connected
improperly
Ensure electrical outlet is working, power
cords are not damaged and all cords are
secure at both ends.
