About the Sequence Control Section
Start the jamb cutting process and control any attached group cuts.
Start Sequence
Press the Start the
Start Sequence
button at the interface or at
the Foot Pedal to start the machining process.
After
Start Sequence
is activated, the operator must vacate the
processing area within 3 seconds before the Light Curtain shuts
down the process.
Toggle Stop
Select the activate and deactivate Stop.
Note:
The mechanical foot pedal button is most commonly
used.
Toggle Clamp
Select the activate and deactivate Clamp.
Note: The mechanical foot pedal button is most commonly
used.
Next Group
During processing a jamb, additional setup may be required,
select the next
Group Button
to continue processing.
Groups are indicated on the main screen. Grayed background of
the Task Box indicates that no processing is done.
Jamb-End/Dado Reference
Select to switch stop references. The
Jamb Stop
can use the dado cut or the end of the
jamb as a as a reference. The
Jamb Stop Location
box at
Main Screen
displays the ref
-
erence location. Orange background indicates the
Dado
reference is activated. A gray
background indicates the
Jamb End
reference is activated.
