(5) Take the Holder Carriage out of the
QuickGene-810.
Grip the handles, lift the Holder Carriage up, and
then take it out.
(6) Remove the Cartridge Holder from the
Holder Carriage, and dispose of the
cartridges.
To drop down the cartridges, slide the upper part of
Cartridge Holder as shown in the figure. Tilt the
cartridge holder a little to make it easier to drop
down the cartridges.
Dispose of the cartridges into a waste container.
(7) Check the Holder Stand and Discharge
Tray.
If waste remains on them, dispose of it.
(8) Set the Cartridge Holder and Tube
Holder in the Holder Carriage, and then
restore them to the QuickGene-810.
(9) Close the front cover.
The operation has been completed.
- Turn off the power of QuickGene-810.
- Dispose of the remaining buffer.
- Clean the dirty parts.

Note: When the carrier is in the center and
it is difficult to remove the Holder
Carriage, close the front cover and
press the [CR MOVE] button.
Note: When the carrier is on the left and it
is difficult to remove the Discharge
Tray, close the front cover and press
the [CR MOVE] button.
Important: After QuickGene-810 operation, if it will not be used for one week or more,
put DNase/RNase free water in both new conical tubes, and execute the
discharge operation. Then put ethanol to new conical tubes, and execute the
discharge operation again. (

When using QuickGene-810 again, put DNase/RNase free water in both new
conical tubes, then execute the discharge operation. Then put wash and
elution buffer to new conical tubes, and execute the discharge operation
again.
