1.5 Setup Parts
This section explains how to install the parts included in the package.
Install the following parts:
• Power Cable
• Pump Tube
• Buffer Stand
• Tube Cap
• Holder Stand
An empty conical tube is needed to set a Tube Cap.
Prepare two conical tubes in order to set Tube Caps for elution buffer and wash buffer respectively.
The recommended conical tubes are as follows:

Setup the power cable
The following explains how to install the power cable.
(1) Connect one of the plugs of the power
cable to the inlet of QuickGene-810.
(2) Connect the other plug of power cable
to the outlet.
