(5) Put buffers (wash buffer and elution
buffer) into conical tubes.
Large conical tube: wash buffer
Small conical tube: elution buffer
(6) Set the conical tubes, which were
prepared in (4), into the Buffer Stand,
and put Tube Caps on the conical tubes.
(7) Close the front cover.
(8) Press the [DISCHARGE] button on the
operation panel.
3.3 Preparation of Lysate (Samples)
Prepare lysate (samples).
Make lysate(samples) using the specified kit for each sample.
For details, refer to the kit's handbook.
3.4 Extraction Operations
This section explains each operation before the start of a program and after the completion of a program.

Important:
Buffers can be used for a day in the
conical tube inside the QuickGene-810.
Note: Do not touch the inner tube of Tube
Cap. In the case of contamination,
please refer to "6.4 When the Buffer
