6.3 Error Messages
When an error message appears on the LCD, perform the appropriate action written in the table, and
contact your local representative if necessary.
The error messages displayed on the LCD are as follows:
6.4 When the Buffer is Contaminated
(1) Put DNase/RNase free water to both new conical tubes for wash buffer and
elution buffer, and perform the discharge operation.
For the discharge operation, refer to "

Discharge" (
→
page 20).
(2) Dispose waste buffer of discharge tray.
(3) Put ethanol to both new conical tubes for wash buffer and elution buffer, and
perform the discharge operation. Dispose waste buffer of discharge tray.
(4) Perform the extraction operation as usual.
Wash buffer or elution buffer
does not flow through the
nozzle.
Is the Pump Tube completely
attached to the joint? Connect the Pump Tube completely to the
joint.
Is there buffer in the conical
tube? When the conical tube is empty, put the
buffer into the tube.
Has the tube connecting the
device to the pump become
unfastened from the device?
Contact your local representative.

Wash buffer pump or elution buffer pump is not
normal.
POWER ALARM The power voltage status is not normal.

The program in the QuickGene-810 is not
normal.

HISTORY DATA ERR
An error has occurred while writing history
information.
CARRIER POS ERR Carrier position is not normal.
NOZZLE POS ERR Nozzle position is not normal.
TABLE POS ERR Table position is not normal.
LIFT POS ERR Lift position is not normal.
WD PUMP ERR Wash buffer pump position is not normal.
CD PUMP ERR elution buffer pump position is not normal.
PRESSURE ERR Pressure sensor is not normal.
COVER OPEN The front cover is open.
Close the front cover after
the necessary operation.
STOP SW PUSHED
The [STOP] switch is pressed, and the
QuickGene-810 operation is stopped.
Press the [RESET] switch.
