Setup the Tube Cap
The following explains how to install the Tube Cap.
(1) Set the Tube Cap on the conical tube.
•
Set the purple cap on the conical tube for
wash buffer (right).
•
Set the blue cap on the conical tube for elution
buffer (left).
(2) Connect the Tube Cap and the Pump
Tube.
Check the combination of the Pump Tube and Tube
Cap label, and then turn the connector to connect
them as shown in the figure.
•
Connect the Pump Tube for the Wash Buffer
Pump (upper, purple) and the purple Tube
Cap.
•
Connect the Pump Tube for the Elution Buffer
Pump (lower, blue) and the blue Tube Cap.

Setup the Holder Carriage
The following explains how to install the Holder Carriage.
(1) Attach the Holder Stand to the
QuickGene-810.
Insert the tabs of the Holder Stand in the slits on the
QuickGene-810.
(2) Set Tube Holder and Cartridge Holder in
the Holder Carriage.

Note: After attaching the Holder Stand,
check that there is no gap between
the bottom of Holder Stand and the
QuickGene-810.
