The V-belts on the rollers must be regularly checked.
The V-belts for the roller transmission is checked as follows:



Activate the tractor hydraulics and lower the cutting unit of the
machine.



Remove the guard.



Use a tape measure or similar to measure the springs as shown.



The springs are tightened with a bolt to the measurement shown.

A new machine or a newly fitted V-belt should be checked after a few
hours use.
