P.T.O. shaft check
Refer to the manufacturer's servicing and maintenance instructions
with regard to the P.T.O shaft.

WARNING
Safety in connection with maintenance work on the machine
When working on the machine the tractor must be stopped and
secured.
This prevents the PTO shaft from suddenly starting to rotate.
Failure to follow the safety instructions may result in serious
injuries.
When working on the machine:
•
The P.T.O. is disengaged.
•
Lower the implement to the ground.
•
The hydraulic controls is in neutral.
•
The tractor engine must be stopped.
•
The ignition key is removed.
•
The parking brake is set.
•
Secure the tractor to prevent it from rolling.
Failure to secure the tractor to prevent it from rolling could
endanger lives.
Always use original spare parts on the machine
Always use original spare parts.
Original spare parts should be used for safety reasons.
The manufacture
warranty becomes void if non-original spare
parts are being used.
Make sure that all protective guards are in place
Check that all protection guards are in place.
This ensures that the machine will offer maximum protection to the
operator.
If the safety guards are removed or not used it may result in
serious injuries and accidents.
