CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS

This page allows to set the peripherals connected with
gemino
and to set the
operating mode of the terminals connected.
gemino
can manage up to 2
auxi
module (each one with 5 inputs) and 1
ergo
keypad (2 inputs).
The external devices don’t have to be addressed (dip-switches or setting tools
do not exist). On the
auxi
modules a label with the six-digit serial number that has
to be set in the software is placed. The serial number of the
ergo
keypad is shown
on the display of the keypad at the start-up, it can also be viewed through the
programming menu in the “Version” tab.
Otherwise ,once a device is connected to
gemino
, it is also allowed to set the
S/N from the programming menu using the keypad (refer to the paragraph
“Configuration using the keypad”)
Each terminal can be associated with anyone of the 10 allowed zones.
To add a peripherals drag the desired one from the “palette” to the “programming
page” and set the reported parameters.
Label:
It is the description of the device
Serial Number:
Insert the serial-number of the device , or select the “Assign S/N
from keypad” option to manually add the connected device.
Terminals M1/2/3/4/5:
Select the associated zone to the corresponding terminal
on the card.
ZONES
Label:
Name associated with the inputs.
Polarity:
Select the activation polarity, Normally Open (Start with negative) or
Normally Closed (Negative missing)
Alarm lockout:
Select this option if you want
gemino4
to stop the calling loop
when this input is activated.
Change over GSM:
Select this option if you want
gemino4
to change the simulated
line over GSM when this input is dated regardless of the PSTN line status.
Positive command:
By selecting this option, the inputs command can be
performed by a 12V (present or missing)
