CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS
GENERAL OPTIONS
Enable SIM 2:
Select this option if there are two SIM cards installed on
gemino
so
Enable external antenna:
Select this option if
gemino
is connected to the external
antenna.
Disable internal antenna:
This option is only valid if the ‘Enable External antenna’
option is enabled. Select this option if you do not want the device to use the
internal antenna when there are reception problems (for example if
gemino
is
placed inside a metal container).
Jam Detection:
Select this option if you want
gemino
to signal any disturbance on
the RF carrier of the GSM which hinders communication
Hook on output activation:
When this option is selected and the
gemino
is
programmed to activate the outputs when a caller is recognized, the
gemino
activate the output and terminate the incoming call as confirm to the activation.
Discard Contact-ID events at the startup:
By selecting this option, the Contact-ID
events will NOT being sent during the firsts 5 minutes after the device startup (to
clean the events queue of the panel)
Abolition of echo:
It enables the advanced echo suppressor (do not enable it in
case of Contact-ID communicator)
Date of first periodic test:
Select the date in which you want to start periodic test
Period:
Time lapse between two tests
Discard unknown Contact-ID events:
If this option is selected the
gemino
will send
only “programmed Contact-ID events”, discarding the others. Is suggested to
schedule all the Contact-ID events on the central station, then select this option
and choose in the Contact-ID page only the events that are to be sent to the
address book numbers
