1.1 Intended use

OPTISONIC 6400 portable clamp-on flow meter is designed for measurement of liquid flows
in full pipes, datalogging and transfer of logged results to the PC. The portable clamp-on flow
meter makes it possible to measure the flow on places temporary or you can make use of it if
you want to compare the output with other measurement devices. If an inline measurement
device is broken and you are in need of the information the OPTISONIC 6400 might be the
solution for you.

In accordance with the commitment to customer service and safety, the device
described in this document meets the following safety requirements:
