Scale
This selects the scale used by the Patch. Scales allow each individual MIDI note to
be tuned as desired.
For more information, see “Scales,” on page 137.
Low/High Key and Velocity
All of the key and velocity windowing parameters, including Low Key, High Key,
Low Velocity, and High Velocity, act in addition to the windows assigned to the
Program in a Multi. The union of the two windows produces the
fi
nal result, as
shown in the diagram below:

Low Key
C-1 to G9.
This is the lowest MIDI note to which the Patch will respond. All notes
below the Low Key will be ignored. When this parameter is selected, you can set it
by playing a note on your MIDI controller.
High Key
C-1 to G9.
This is the highest MIDI note to which the Patch will respond. All notes
above the High Key will be ignored. When this parameter is selected, you can set it
by playing a note on your MIDI controller.
Low Velocity
1 to 127.
This is the lowest MIDI velocity to which the Patch will respond. All notes
with velocities below the Low Velocity will be ignored. When this parameter is
selected, you can set it by playing on your MIDI controller.
