Remove oil level plug (3) and oil filler plug (4), then remove
drain plug (5) to drain the oil. After the all oil is drained,
tighten plug (5).

6.

Add oil through the hole of oil filler plug (4) until the oil level
reaches the bottom edge of the hole of oil level plug (3).

7.

After refilling the oil, tighten plugs (3) and (4).

CHECK VIBRATION DAMPER

Check that there are no cracks or peeling in the outside surface of the rubber.

If any cracks or peeling are found, contact your Komatsu distributor to have the parts replaced.

CHECK ENGINE VALVE CLEARANCE, ADJUST
