Cam-Switch
This function generates up to 4 virtual cams, which can be altered cyclically (online). A
cam consists of the starting point and the length. The starting point is issued cyclically by
the control system and the length can be altered via the service channel.
Limitations: Only 16/20bit resolution can be used, even with modulo.
