11. ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND
INFORMATION ON HYGIENIC VERSION UNITS
(KLIMOR EVO-H)
KLIMOR EVO-H units in hygienic version have been built on the
basis of KLIMOR EVO-S units and allowing for the recommen-
dations included in the DIN 1946-4 standard. The differences in
design and technology between the KLIMOR EVO-S and KLIMOR
EVO-H units are shown below.
11.1 Block lighting
Hygienic units are equipped with LED lighting in the following
sections: filters (primary and secondary); cooler, fan; heat recov-
ery (cross-flow and intermediate medium) and recirculation.

The control system supplier has to allow for connection
of illumination in the control system.

1 - too many lamps in the branch 2 - missing lamp 3 - wrong polarity

LED luminaires with 6V DC supply voltage cooperate with
a dedicated power supply unit with parameters of 12V
DC/3A, therefore it is absolutely necessary to connect two
luminaires in series and then connect such sets in parallel
according to the enclosed diagram
11.2 Inspection portholes
Inspection portholes Ø200 are found in service covers
(doors) in sections where lighting is installed. They allow,
without switching off the unit – assessing the contamination
degree of the unit and its fittings as well as observation of
the work of the unit’s particular elements.
11.3 Fan housing
The „plug-fan” fan housing is open and easy to clean.
11.4 Filtering materials
1st and 2nd grade materials are non-hygroscopic with health
care approvals (cleaning class is imposed by the designer).
11.5 Condensers
The exchanger descraper blades are made of plastic.
11.6 Drain from drip trays
All trays are equipped with plastic traps as described in sec-
tion 3.2.3. Adequate foundation height must be provided
for the installation and connection of the trap for higher
pressures.
