Skewer (Rotisserie function)
For evenly browning roasts with the rotisserie skewer
all types of heating with the icon can be used:
Top-/Bottom heat, Grilling and Full-width grill.
After placing the meat on the spit, insert the two forks and
proceed as follows:
•
Insert the skewer support into the oven on the middle rack
level, insert the end of the spit into the motor on the back of
the oven and place the tip of the spit into the mount of the
support (Fig. see page 36).
•
Place a drip pan with a little water on the lower shelf of the
oven to catch fat and gravy.
•
Start the motor by activating one of the above mentioned
heating modes and close the oven door.
Note:
With regard to the amount of meat, please note the load
limit of the spit at 1000g.
Defrost
Use the defrost function. By air circulation at room tem-
perature, thawing of food gets accelerated.
•
Cream and butter cream cakes, cakes and pastries, bread
and rolls, deep-frozen fruit are suitable for defrosting.
•
For a uniform thawing, rotate or stir defrosted in between.
