Description of the appliance
Grilling
The grill heater (upper inner heating element) is in operation
and switches on and off to maintain the temperature generated.
Place your food centrally under the grill.
The temperature can be set in the range 180- 240 °C.
The standard temperature is 210 °C.
The rotisserie skewer can be used for this heating function.
Full-width grill
The two upper radiators are in operation.
This is suitable for grilling flat pieces of meat, steaks, sausages,
fish, scampi, toast bread, etc.
The temperature can be adjusted in the range of 180 - 240 °C.
The standard temperature is 210 °C.
The rotisserie skewer can be used for this heating function.
Grilling/frying system
The two upper radiators and the fan are in operation.
This is particularly suitable for grilling and roasting larger pieces
of meat, as well as for gratinating and gratinating.
The temperature can be set in the range of 180 - 240 °C.

In most cases the most favourable temperature for this type of
heating is 180 °C.
Hot air
Ring heater and fan are in operation.
The optimum heat distribution in the cooking chamber reduces
the risk of burning the food.
The temperature can be set in the range of 50 - 240 °C.
The standard temperature is 180 °C.
If possible, always use this heating mode if you want to cook
on several levels at the same time.
ECO mode
The upper, lower (concealed) heating element and the fan are
in operation and the operating time of the heating elements is
controlled to reduce energy consumption.
The food is heated in a particularly energy-saving and gentle
manner. This extends the cooking time.
This is comparable to a „slow cooking“ function and is suitable
e.g. for cooking meat and keeping it juicy.
The temperature can be set to 160 °C, 180 °C and 200 °C.
