BIST (Built-In Self Tests)
Running a Test
When you select the BIST icon, a window with the list of available BIST is
displayed:

You can select the BIST you would like to execute individually or select all of
them selecting the top checkbox.
Array Sync
This test checks the synchronization
signals interconnection between
UXMs in an array.
