Frequency Accuracy

This test verifies the frequency programming and measurement accuracy of the output voltage
waveform.

Step Action

Normal Result

Turn off the UUT. Connect the Frequency Counter to the output as shown
above.

Turn on the UUT. Program output to RANGE 155 V,VOLT 20, FREQ 500

Output at 80 Vrms, CV annunciator on, Current
near 0

Record the output frequency reading from counter

Readings are within specified limits

DC Voltage Programming and Readback Accuracy

This test verifies the DC voltage programming and front panel readback functions are within
specifications.

Turn off the UUT. Connect the DMM directly to the output terminals. The DMM
negative lead is connected to the Neutral output terminal.

Turn on UUT. Program output to RANGE 155 V, VOLT 0, OUTP:COUP DC,
