Prepare the frame at the position shown in
Figure 3-10
This position is within
the movable range of the pressure rod (4 mm on each lateral side from the
center). In a frame at this position, the electrodes on both lateral sides of the
DUT can be placed in equal contact by 0.4-mm width with the center electrode
and the electrode plate.
Example of Preparing the Device Guide for an SOT 23 Device (Case
Style 287)
The figure below shows an example of preparing a device guide for an SOT 23
device. For an SOT 23 device, the measuring position for a 1608 device is used
(electrode space: 1.0 mm).
