Working with Device Guide
Working with Device Guide
To measure a DUT whose size does not fit any frame in the attached device
guide, it is necessary to prepare a suitable device guide frame. Prepare a frame
with reference to the dimensions of the blank device guide shown in
Figure 3-7
and the electrode positioning shown in
Figure 3-8
.
