Connecting a DUT
The DUT is to be fixed under pressure from the pressure rod. Since the movable
range of the pressure rod is limited, either one of the two lateral frames in the
device guide can be used as the measuring position (
Figure 2-5
). Therefore,
before connecting a DUT, it may be necessary to change the orientation of the
electrode plate and device guide set in place so that the appropriate electrode
and device guide frame arrive at the measuring position.
