3. Description
3.1 Description of function
The juice dispenser FSD4000 is designed explicitly to cool and dispense packaged juices (Bag-
In-Box = BIB) at a temperature of 7 to 20 °C (setpoint 16 °C).
The juice dispenser FSD4000 is used in hotels, breakfast rooms, self-service restaurants etc. The
ready-to-drink juice is mixed from juice concentrate and water during the dispensing process.
This juice dispenser is compliant with climate class “N”, which is specified for an ambient tem
-
peratures of +16 to +32 °C.
This juice dispenser is exclusively designed for the indoor operation and must not be used out-
doors.
A refrigeration system with R134a refrigerant is used to cool the juice dispenser.
The control hardware consists of two components. The first and central component in the
FSD4000 is the main control unit. The second component is the capacitive keyboard, which is
installed in the door of the fruit juice dispenser. In addition, there is a portioning dongle, which
can be retrofitted as an option.
The FSD4000 is available in different versions, which differ in the number of spouts.
