5. Installation & connection
WARNING
Only an authorised technician shall be permitted to proceed with the installation,
connection, and initial start-up of the dispenser. Improper installation can cause
health hazards and risks to the environment.
When installing and connecting the juice dispenser, compliance with the manual is mandatory.
Keep in mind that failures and damage caused by the improper installation cannot be conside-
red during warranty claims!
5.1 Prior to installation
IMPORTANT
When selecting the installation site, proper ventilation of the juice dispenser must
be taken into consideration. The intake and exhaust openings of the juice dispen-
ser must never be covered.
IMPORTANT
When selecting the installation site, ensure the juice dispenser is protected from
spray water. Keep spray water away from the juice dispenser.
The on-site preparations required for the electrical connection, the supply and waste water di-
scharge connections must be contracted out by the operator of the machine.
Only a licensed technician shall be permitted to proceed with the installations. Compliance with
national and local rules and regulations is mandatory.

The floor at the installation site must be level, stable, solid (it must not yield under low), and
perfectly flat. The adjustable feet at the juice dispenser’s base are used to compensate for
small uneven surfaces in the floor

Before proceeding with the installation, ensure that the maximum overall weight of the
juice dispenser does not exceed the load capacity of the floor

The temperature inside the installation area must range b16 to +32 °C. The relati-
ve humidity must not exceed 75%

Installations outdoors are not permitted. The juice dispenser is explicitly designed for the
use and operation indoors. Furthermore, rooms with poor ventilation should not be consi-
dered as a place of installation
