9.2 Miscellaneous cleaning tasks
1
The refrigerant condenser must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected once a year by an
authorized service firm.
2
Only clear water shall be used to clean the door seal. Never use oil or grease to treat the
door seal. It will cause the seal to become porous over time. We recommend regular
treatment with TALKUM. This will extend service life of the door seal. A you may obtain the
door seal from the Customer Service (see page 44 “Wear and spare parts list”).
3
Please be advised that for hygienic reasons, the replacement of the mixing nozzle and
plastic hose is necessary from time to time. We recommend this replacement to take place
during the quarterly service schedule. Any contamination of this equipment will inevitab-
ly falsify the taste of the juice and may cause a health hazard! After the mixing nozzle has
been cleaned thoroughly and disinfected, it can be reused.

9.3 Interval for replacing the filter of condenser fan
The runtime of the condenser fan is added up. If the runtime reaches the value of the „Interval
filter change“ parameter, the next time the machine is switched on, the „FLt“ indicates the re
-
quired filter change. This message can be acknowledged by pressing the grey Service-Button.
This will not appear until the next time you turn it on.
If the filter has actually been replaced, the runtime counter must be reset by the service per
-
sonnel in the Service-Menu.
9.4 Reset the runtime counter after the filter change
To reset the filter runtime counter permanently, scroll to the message „FLt“ by pressing the grey
Service-Button. Now start entering the code by pressing the Hidden-Button. The display shows
„Cod“. Press the following buttons: Hidden-Button - juice line 2 - juice line 2 - juice line 1 -
water line. The display shows the number of coded buttons that have already been activated
(„C1“ .. „C5“). The filter change is now complete.
The same acknowledgment method with code input is also used for „E 24“.
