40 DEGREE MODE
The 40 degree mode can be used to
cook products that require fermenta-
tion (proving dough, making kvass,
yogurt and sour milk and other drinks
that "ferment"). This mode can also
be used for cooking for 24 hours.
KEEP WARMING
Food is kept warm at low tempera-
tures without continuing to cook. Ide-
al for dishes to be served later.
AIR FRY
The principle of this mode is to heat
the air streams and circulate them
thanks to a fan. The speed is con-
stantly changing - this is necessary
so that overcooking does not occur.
Place the dish in a special mesh bas-
ket and put in the oven. The dish will
be evenly cooked on all sides without
the need to add oil or fat.
ECO
By the economy mode, the blower
fan works constantly, and the
heating elements with pauses, but
at the same time the thermostat
controls the correct cooking pro-
cess.
