17) Connect one end of the Power Unit Hose (EAH0065V28A, L=490) to the installed Bulkhead fitting(EAH0072T09A), another end to the
fitting (EAH0065V20A) on Power unit, see Fig. 13 .

18) Assemble Power Side Lock Cover Assembly (EAM0128V03A, SCREW 1-02088A) to power column, see Fig. 13 Don’t need to install
the screw tightly.
19) Using the Overall Width (C) Dimension from Table1 / Fig. 3 , chalk two parallel lines (within 2mm tolerance) and one CENTER LINE on
the floor. See below Fig. 14 .
NOTE: The anchor bolts must be installed at least 200 mm from any crack, edge, or expansion joint.

20) Erect or lift Power Column assembly using a mechanical assist such as lift truck or Jeanie Lift.
DANGER
Make sure that while raising the column, the load is always properly held. To install the lift is preferable to use a crane; using a fork
lift is acceptable, but in this case oversized forks shall be installed, positioning them as close as possible to the load
21) Position Power Column on chalk lines from bay layout and confirm rectangle notches are aligning with the CENTER LINE, see Fig.
14.
22) Drill one anchor hole using the base plate as a template at HA (see Fig. 14 ) to a depth of 150mm minimum, but DO NOT drill through
the concrete, see step 1 of Fig. 15 .
NOTE: Use a concrete hammer drill with a carbide bit. Tip diameter should conform to § 5.3.2. Do not use excessively worn
bits or bits which have been incorrectly sharpened. A core bit may be necessary if an obstruction is encountered. NEVER
substitute with shorter anchor.
