Note : this programming allows to define the timeout after which the ECR considers
conclused the operation in course, it's usefull above all in case of ECR connection
with a MODEM, this to have the possibility to manage eventual delays in the
communication due to telephone line problems or in case of connection to a PC not
dedicated to the ECR.

MODEM CONFIGURATION STRING
The Modem Hayes° can be set for their operation by a string sent from the Host on
the serial port ; G-556 can use a string of 28 Bytes that can contain the commands for, as
an example set the modem in modality of automatic answer or for the operation in MNP5°,
V42bis, etc... .
