OPENING AND SUSPENSION OF A TABLE FOR INSERTION OF THE
REGISTRATIONS (COURSES and/or DRINKS)
The operation here described allows to open a Table, to execute the registrations of the courses
ordered from the customer, and to suspend the Table, without obviously close it for giving the possibility
to add, subsequently other courses (registrations) and allowing at the end, when the customer ask for
pay the bill, to close the operation releasing therefore the table.
During the recording of the courses executed by the operation below descibed, the ECR can
print the operations executed, depending to the setting of the S.S.1C and D, on a receipt, on the journal,
on both or on no both receipt and journal.
We suggest to this purpose to avoid that the ECR doesn't print the registrations neither on
receipt nor on the journal, because don't have a trace can leave space at errors, than then, in any case
it would be impossible to verify, above all if it is not installed on ECR at least the Help display by which
the scrolling can be executed to verify the operations registered on the Table.

To input the Table number, from 1 to 999, (the Tables at the same time opened can be
maximum 639, in dependency of the installed memory quantity).

Press the TABLE Number key.

To execute the registrations by the Departments and/or the PLUs.

In order to send a kitchen message, if necessary, to input the number of the message to
send (from 1 to 99) and to press the Kitchen printer mes.by code key or to press the key
Hard kitchen printer mes. N.XX. The message will automatically follow on the kitchen
printer the PLU or the Department immediately before registered ; to a PLU or to a
Department it's possible to link by the operation described here, until to a maximum of two
messages.
If the kitchen message linking to the course has been executed in not intentional mode, it
is possible to remove the linking through the following operation :

To press the TABLE Number key newly in order to suspend the operation on the Table,
at this point the printing data will be sent to the kitchen printers (if present).

To execute the same operations above described in order to open the table newly and to
add other courses, the operation can be repeated more times until the attainment of the
99 registrations.
