15.10 DIVISION OF A TABLE BY THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
(MATH DIVISIN OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT)
The total amount of a table will be devide by the number of the customers and the following
general description will be printed in the document before the price: MENU A PREZZO
FISSO.
Sequence:
In case of Status System 14H=0:
a) Place a paper sheet in the Slip Printer.
b) Press INVOICE or BILL (RIC. FISCALE) key.
(Note: If you don't connect or don't need Slip Printer, you can omit step a) and b).)
c) Press DIVISION TABLE key.
d) Press (NNN) ----- TABLE key. ------------------NNN: table number
e) Press (nnn) ----- DIVISION TABLE key. -------nnn: number of the customers and display
math division subtotal amount
f) Press (aaa) ----- (-)1, (-)2 or (-)3 key. ----------aaa: amount of reduction
or Press (aaa) ----- (+) key. -----------------------aaa: amount of redound
(Note: If you don't need reduction or redound, step f) can be omitted.)
g) Press SUBTOTAL key. ---------------------------- display subtotal amount
h) In order to concluse the transaction, press one of the TOTAL key.
i) Place the new paper sheet in the Slip Printer.
j) Repeat from the step f) to i) up to all the customers will get their peinted documents.
In case of Status System 14H=1:
a) Press DIVISION TABLE key.
b) Press (NNN) ----- TABLE key. ------------------NNN: table number
c) Press (nnn) ----- DIVISION TABLE key. -------nnn: number of the customers and display
math division subtotal amount
d) Press (aaa) ----- (-)1, (-)2 or (-)3 key. ----------aaa: amount of reduction
or Press (aaa) ----- (+) key. -----------------------aaa: amount of redound
