Diaphragm position
MAX OUT Pos. : The diaphragm comes to the top dead point.
MAX IN Pos. : The diaphragm comes to the bottom dead point.
Either one of the above indication keeps flashing as long as the
diaphragm is at either end. See page 59 for diaphragm replacement.
