Mechanical, electrical, and
electronic diagnostics
No power to the FlexJet
If you should power the machine up
and nothing happens, check the fuse in
the power entry module ( Figure 39a ) on
the back of the right side cover.
1.
To check or replace the fuse start
by flipping the fuse door down
( Figure 39b ).
2. Pull out the red fuse holder. ( Figure
39c
&
d
).
3. Check or replace fuses as needed.
( Figure 39e ).
4. Use only 5A, 250V, 5x20mm slow
blow fuses for replacement.

The fuse holder is universal. so it
doesn’t matter which way it goes
back in. Make sure the flat end is
facing out.
